Registration

In order to register you must first create an Indico account or just log in if you already have one. Then you will be guided through the process. The deadline for registration is August 4th, 2017.

The registration fee includes lunches and coffee breaks throughout the 5 days of Summer School as well as a dinner with speakers on the 4^th day. The maximum number of registrants is limited to 42.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of participation before August 4th, 2017 the registration fee will be refunded deducting a handling fee of €35 per person. In case of cancellation after August 4th, 2017 no refunds of any kind will be made.

 

Letter of Invitation

Those persons needing an official invitation letter in order to obtain a visa to attend the summer school may contact Jeroen Jordens specifying the necessary details. The letter of invitation does not financially obligate the summer school organisers in any way. The organisers do not accept responsibility for any personal injury or loss of property which may occur during the summer school.
